You don't get the cat you need, you get the cat you deserve.

But is the stylus fat and warm with infinite resolution though? And what is the cat's thoughts on high-end fuses and power cords?
These are important questions.

I grew up in a house filled with records and cats. Why did this never happen in our house? Comedy gold.

In fairness to that SHite, he seems to have taken his kitty's antics in stride. When I first started reading the thread, I had figured the story would discuss how he physically abused the cat in retaliation – complete with a bunch of likes from the maladjusted crowd over there. Kinda like how Ghostworld once nearly throttled a kid for...well, being a kid: So I put on my new Tina Turner LP and go into the kitchen to get some snacks for my 12-year old son and his two 12-year old friends. I hear the record skip and though, bummer, I guess that lp wasn't as in good a shape as I thought. Then a minute later I hear the record bouncing wildly. WHAT THE F#$? I run back into the livingroom and one of my son's friends is jumping up and down in front of my turntable with a big smile on his face because he was making the music jump! Arrrrrrrgghhhh. Big fun! Never new you could make music skip? MP3s don't do that, eh? Man!! That little brat caught an earful quick. Jezuz!!!! Kids! And as you'd expect, 16 SHites liked this, including such notables as Peter Pyle and goodiesguy... The subsequent poats are no better, with some of the SHites suggesting homicide is less of a sin compared to messing with someone's record player... forums.stevehoffman.tv/threads/how-a-child-almost-died-in-my-living-room-needle-jumping.372865/Have a look if you really want to experience SHites being truly SHitey.

All I'm wondering is whether a cat's claw would make a good substitute for a stylus.

Who ever knew that there is an entire subgenre of cats-on-turntables videos at YouTube? This internet has everything!
Love that satisfying s-c-r-a-a-t-c-h sound. There's something I really miss...

That is enough to give one or two SHites a heart attack.

Fuck "infinite resolution". Watching kitties play on turntables looks to be a much better selling point. FWIW, I can't stop laughing at this one. The cutie even takes the record (Peter, Paul, and Mary! ) off the player! (If it was a Father Time record, she likely would have buried it in her litterbox as well.)
