How the fuck did he see Bowie that many times? Did he tour that much or did he follow him from city to city?

How the fuck did he see Bowie that many times? Did he tour that much or did he follow him from city to city? So Bowie had 7 major tours from 1983-2004. So he saw him 10 times each tour?

You forgot to add
4) a morning drive with Scoot and his family, while he's high as a kite

55 year old Beatles nut here and I saw McCartney once. That was enough. No shit, eh? I was psyched when I got those tickets in 1990, though.

You have 3 options... 1) go to a Spice Girls concert with Oatsdead 2) eat at Golden Corral with Timmy 3) go to Beatard fest with Jeatles Choose wisely. This one's easy. Spice Girls with Oatsdead. I can ditch him during the opening act while he's playing Gameboy.

I haven't been this impressed since hearing about Devo's wife gluing her ass to a chair for a week-long Marvel movie marathon. That wasn’t glue. It was the amassed biofilm from sitting on a dirty theater seat for so long.

I sort of get it - there are four or so bands I've seen deliberately seen 12-20 times (and probably another three or four I've seen over ten times because they've been on festival bills etc), but that's because they're mid-level bands that I can see for cheap, and I live where there's hundreds of live venues within easy reach and bands will always tour through here.
But a Springsteen/U2/Madonna/Stones gig is something around a $75-100 commitment (my guess is that his Springsteen tally was boosted by Springsteen on Broadway). That's between forty and sixty thousand dollars he's pumped into seeing those bands alone.

A major band on a major tour is such a precise, choreographed, scripted act that I don’t see the point seeing them more than maybe twice. I had the displeasure of seeing Pink Floyd two consecutive nights for the first Water-less tour and I was ready to go home after 3 songs on night two.
