And she wasn't fired. There's a distinction that all these morons conveniently forget. All of this is just posturing to complain about Disney on social media, and has no chance to get results. Roseanne Barr was fired from her own show, and Jonathan Majors was fired from his remaining engagements as Kang on multiple Marvel projects due to the morality clause in their contracts. It offers them opportunities to sue Disney or Marvel for breach of contract. But Gina Carano didn't have any contract at the time she was "fired".
That's why Lucasfilm stated three years ago that “Gina Carano is not currently employed by Lucasfilm and there are no plans for her to be in the future.” This statement was definitely checked by a team of lawyers before it was posted, and it's the literal truth. She was just a recurring actor on the show, not someone on the main cast (which is actually very depleted for The Mandalorian, as it was just Pedro Pascal on the first two seasons). When you're a recurring actor and not a household name, you get a new contract for every season the character is supposed to appear. The writers plan to use so-and-so in three, maybe four, episodes, early on lawyers and agents put together a contract that grants the actor a certain amount of money against being available during a certain time period, so the individual scripts that will be written can include this character. If it's a returning character and the actor isn't available, they either recast the part, create a new character to fill similar plot duties (that's what happened with Mike on Breaking Bad. Bob Odenkirk wasn't available for a few weeks, so the writers created instead a contact of his who would get in touch with Walter and Jesse), or just remove the character from the scripts.
Carano had her "Republicans are treated here like Jews in Germany in the early 30s" big epiphany while she was between contracts, as The Mandalorian was on a hiatus for a year to make way for a Bobba Fett miniseries, handled by the same crew. She wasn't employed by Lucasfilm at the time. So, Disney and Lucasfilm simply wrote her character out of future seasons of the show, and they didn't even need to justify this narrative choice, given that Carano's past contracts didn't give to her any guarantee about future seasons (it may be slightly different for actors with more prestige or leverage, such as Giancarlo Esposito or Carl Weathers). And they also decided to cancel a planned spin-off in which she was supposed to be the lead. The beauty of this whole situation is that she made these posts weeks before signing the contract making her the lead actor, or one of the leads, on the spin-off, granting her rights, guarantees, and big opportunities for settlements or lawsuits if fired.
The same thing happened to the voice of Jimmy Pesto on Bob's Burgers. Actor Jay Johnston, a Mr. Show alumnus who had slowly drifted towards alt-right politics, was one of the January 6 rioters. When he was identified, the show simply stopped using the character and didn't put together a new contract for Johnston. They didn't have any obligation to use the character. If they had kept on using Jimmy Pesto with a new voice, Johnston might have a narrow angle, but they didn't take that risk.
So, there's zero legal angle for Carano, even with the full financial support from Musk. They're simply making noise to complain about some unfair treatment, especially as Musk has a bone of contention or two with Disney. That said, if he's using fundings from X/Twitter to help Carano, the few minority investors in the company would have ground to sue Musk, as her controversial poats were on Instagram, which would mean that Musk is using the company funds as a personal piggybank.

They also hate Kathleen Kennedy. Kathleen Kennedy has accomplished more than any of them ever have in their pathetic lives.

Kennedy is supposed to be the one person responsible for the sequel trilogy debacle. But if you look at it more closely, it was Bob Iger who asked her to produce stuff based on the output at Marvel Studios, to maximize "return on investment". He was the one who wanted one film a year and to stick with the schedule. Of course, at the time Disney bought Lucasfilm, Lucasfilm didn't have decades of tested and proved storylines from comics. They simply had the extended universe and synopses written by Lucas for episodes VII to IX, while the only active writing teams at Lucasfilm when Disney acquired it were people from the animated TV show and a planned live action show that was going nowhere. And given the deteriorating skills of Lucas as a storyteller, the stories from the synopses were most likely even worse than what he had come up for the prequel trilogy.
Iger also kept on insisting for a 2015 release of Episode VII, causing writer Michael Arndt to leave the project and to be replaced by JJ Abrams and Lawrence Kasdan who came up with a generic story. Iger pushed for the three movies to be released every other year, while the previous trilogies already had issues being released every third year. With the Star Wars Stories thing taking also some attention. As a result, mistakes were made (even I'm very fond of The Last Jedi), directors were hired and replaced as nothing was really planned in advance, until you get to a true disaster such as The Rise of Skywalker (episode IX), which is basically two hours and a half of pandering to people like JediJones as if they were five year olds who needed to see the action move to a new planet every ten minutes or else they get bored and don't think it is real Star Wars.
And through milking the Star Wars brand to death by releasing subpar stuff they managed to kill its Golden Goose, the merchandising, which had always been an insane source of revenue for Lucasfilm.

There’s no way I’m reading all that so I’m gonna assume the conclusion is that JediJones is still a smegma encrusted wank-basket?

Does he ever read anything besides comic books? Reminds me of these lines from Seinfeld:
ELAINE
Kevin and his friends are nice people! They do good things. They read..
JERRY
I read.
ELAINE
Books, Jerry.
JERRY
[pause] Oh.
Big deal..
