Are we hanging onto rock geezers because there just isn't anyone good enough to replace them?Just wondering. With Charlie Watts dying and geezers sure to die in the next few years if not months, does rock music have a place to go where there are actually memorable acts out there that even measures up to the likes of The Rolling Stones, Beatles, etc. Every year literally thousands of new albums and singles are released, in an endless variety of music genres. If you cannot find anything to your interest in that vast supply then you are the problem, not the music. Except when the music has been overly compressed and limited, then it's definitely the problem with the music, not me. That kills about 95% of the new music out there.
