Greenalishi never disappoints Haha, he’s who I was coming in to mention again, but this glorious quote instead: “Steely Dan’s music is of its time. The lyrics, songwriting and point of view are them. Through and through. Beats, totally. But through their era’s lens. Always wanted a cover album record of Steely Dan by bluegrass and country musicians. That would kill. A heavy metal, cover album could kill too, if chosen well. Steely Dan have excellent songs. They travel.”

It’s like there are words in his head and someone turns him upside and shakes him and they come out.

Chee comes across as someone who has maintained a .08 blood alcohol level every day for the past 40 years.

Pepsi 12 packs just went up a buck to $6.50 at Walmart. A&M Root Beer is still $4.

That guy’s shit as well. He was sticking up for the OP in that really awful woman-bashing dating thread.

CarlosOfCoronado doesn’t post much but when he does it’s usually incoherent bullshit.

Lots of stupid Shites in that Roger Waters "this is not a drill" thread. Think what you will of that guy's music, but it's endlessly entertaining hearing the Shites complain about his politics every time he tours.

I am genuinely surprised that his shows are not selling out, especially since they are rescheduled dates from 2020.
I did skip his last tour, mainly for personal reasons (money, not having the time off, etc) but I think one factor that played into it was the idea that nothing could top his performances of The Wall. This time around, I'm going, and with my friend. We've both seen Waters twice, and the second time we were both at the same show, but we didn't actually go together. This "in the round" concept looks very intriguing.

I had tickets for the Albany, NY show in 2020. I got my money back during the pandemic. I was only halfheartedly interested in going as I can't really stand arena shows anymore but a friend of mine was anxious to go. If you like a concert for the visuals, it's hard to top Roger Waters. I last saw him in 2007 I think. For Dark Side of the Moon.
