I'm pretty sure this Lesley person only exists inside Scoots mind.
By the way, my favorite blogpost was the one where Scoot tells us that he was abducted by aliens in the early eighties. Seriously.
He also hints at tripping in several of his posts, so at this point it's a pretty safe bet the guy is just another acid casualty. Explains a lot.

Flametop Fred is obviously a quality troll. Kudos.

I just love how Scoot is so fucking clueless that whenever someone gives his "music" an obviously sarcastic positive review, he actually thinks they are being sincere.

Lesley's probably pissed off at having the feminine spelling of his name.

Geez! What better place than the WORLD WIDE WEB to confess to such things and bare ones soul? What's next, admitting he is guilty of tax evasion ala Rubell/Schrager of Studio 54 fame? Why not just reveal the coordinates of the dead bodies he has stashed?

So Scoot friendzoned a pre-op tranny?

I predict Lesley will regain access to Scoot's pipeline very soon.

Is Flametop Fred one of John Oteri's sockpuppets? Or is Flametop Fred real and lives in Lesley's pants, making Father Time constantly question his sexuality? Where's that popcorn emoji?

Between shit like this and his weird indie websites, Scoot manages to capture a bygone era of internet weirdness.

Flametop Fred is a real person, a keyboard player/songwriter I've known online since 1999. I'd tell you his real name but you'd stalk him. I ran into Darlene on facebook but she ignored me. I like reading what you guys write about me, always have. Part of me sees myself as a joke, too. Lesley's still an email buddy of mine. Here's a page with all the songs we did together. indiemusicpeople.com/thecomingofage The one I still listen to often is our version of the Mustang commercial from 68. "There used to be a Thing" has a lot of live footage of me, that will probably give you a laugh.

Apparently he's into necrophilia too. Why dredge this thread up after four years?
