Guess you're right, not someone I'd taken note of there. Even if my initials were DRM I still wouldn't pick it as a username on the Internet so I guess that's how I should set my expectations on them.

I'd argue for the US Rubber Soul's influence on US bands being more important than any LP on any other scene in the world ever. Especially when you consider that it was a musical and not just a stylistic thing. And the US had, what, 50-100 scenes? And people could move 3000 miles from home to another scene, and still be in the US. That's freaking powerful. Full disclosure: My family was a little counterculture and we had the fabs LPs starting with Rubber Soul and each one thereafter, but not singles. I was a fan from the age of 6. So it's close to me.
