It just sucks because I thought I found a place to shoot the shit about music on my free time. And I thought I'd found some decent people to chat with. And there are a couple of people that seem decent enough. But then some posters just started MYKEing the fun out of it. And I started to notice patterns with some of them. And then I found this site and, lo and behold, I wasn't the only one. Some people only know how to suck the fun right out of anything. They have to be RIGHT. They have to be correct. Their opinion is a fact. Hey mom, I schooled someone online today! I didn't think a fucking music forum would be full of mic-drop bullshit. Gunt is one of the worst.

nrGta:
WTF? Gantr always seems to be the one who has these run-ins with people like this, on life or in real life? I wonder why that is? It couldn’t be because he brings it on himself could it?

Is there really anything to prefer about that song besides never hearing it again?

Ngrat always has to be the victim.
And we all know why, but I'm gonna beat around the bush about it, so I can't say it here, but I'm gonna be really passive-agressive about it so I don't get the threas shut down.

What's more plausible: Garnt is lying just to get some attention (the Hoofy method) or Someone actually did send Grunt a death threat because they were sick of his shit, and his warped mind associated that with a fuckin' mixing choice for Three Dog Night?

I remember well the old days of the (pre-Stereo Central) Snakepit, when Grnat would come to banter with us. It was glaringly obvious that he had a huge victim complex, and any slight rebuke he would receive he would, in his mind, perceive it as a bona fide, dire threat. The guy just isn't very well connected with reality. There’s a thread there now where tnarG is saying territorial radio is racist radio. I never even heard of the phrase territorial radio unless he meant terrestrial radio, then wouldn’t that be every single radio wave sent across and received on land? I still believe what I said about him (and others there) who post a lot: if it wasn’t for the fact that STeVE can use certain people as his examples of diversity at his forum someone like Grant would have been booted long ago.

Yes, terrestrial radio.
He's probably pissy about it because your local boomer rock station doesn't play Sly and the Family Stone alongside Journey and Skynyrd like they did in the 70s. News flash, Grunt: People don't want to hear it that way. But tanRg and his ilk are so obsessed with AM radio of the 60s and 70s (when there was less choice) that used to play rock, pop, soul, R&B and even country crossover hits that it's "racist" now that Chaka Khan isn't played next to Motley Crue.
Maybe he can get some of that psychosis help with Hoofy. Get a 2fer1 deal on it or something.

Maybe STeVe could demonstrate his DJ skills and make an Internet station based on Grunt’s recommendations?

Holy shite. Gunt wore out bootlegged porn on BASF videotape in the 1980s. Somehow, I'm totally not surprised...

BASF missed quality control on the "Wank Rewind" test.

He probably kept freezing the frame and wore the tape until it snapped.

Grant the Beatles expert:
I've read too many books about the Beatles. I never heard John wanted to leave in 1966.
