One thing to remember, the rehearsal may be the same clip heard on Anthology, but perhaps a bit longer. If there's a rehearsal with John on vocals we'd all be thrilled, just don't get your hopes up. I feel some may be disappointed in the final track list based on hopes and dreams and wishes. Let's not get too bogged down without the proper details. Remember, Mike hasn't heard anything yet. No one else here has either (that I'm aware of). There WILL be backing tracks because they chose to perfect them before adding vocals. Thankfully, they did do a guide vocal occasionally... I'm sure we'll cherish those versions. Also, let's hold out hope that the Blu-ray will contain LOTS of unheard material, chat, busking about fun. Ron
Couldn't you ask your "insider" friend/source?
I asked several and they remain mum on details. I was told there will be many surprises, even for the hardcore collector. We shall see. Ron
If you thought that fucked-up Sgt. Pepper Super Deluxe Whatever Boxset thread last year was hard to take, that White Album thread is completely unbearable. That mikecarrera guy has changed his "insider" stories about this release a dozen times and everyone there is still wanting to suck his cock for more details. He actually implied that he was busy because he was on a jet with McCartney at the time! For real...
Oddly, last year he know nothing about the insider Sgt. Pepper facts. When I dared ask him a couple of simple and CIVIL questions a few weeks ago he got the vapors and threatened to stop sharing his Beatledroppings with the boys over there. Who the fuck is he, again? Anyone who has not read the over 15,000 posts is yelled at if they repeat a question by accident. Brainwashed is offering no inside scoops on it and Arnold Grove is a bigger asshole than ever.
The biggest joke is when it is finally released there will be an ungodly amount of complaints by the SHeep about every detail of the fucking thing.

There hadn't been any PR effort by Apple/Universal so far because McCartney had his solo album to push first, and promo for the album would also benefit the reissue anyway. And they apparently wanted to give Mojo the exclusive for the 300th issue of the magazine, which is in UK stores tomorrow.

How Long until the “Poat your Mojo issue number” thread?
But yeah, they gave the scoop to a print mag and the “insiders” couldn’t get any hints? Heh.
"I must say though, artists like Kurt or Thelonious Monk who people think have something to say of the highest importance but are really just suicidal or insane sort of freak me out. Why? Well, everyone thought Monk was really "out there" but they followed his lead and jazz changed. Turns out he really was insane and was finally locked up. Does that mean that the jazzers were wrong to follow him? No, but still." - STeVE
