Wings for me. Saw the full Corden thing on TV,Macca seems quite lucid, but his voice is completely gone.

I always knew the Egypt Station thread would descend into a dispute between cancer survivors. What the fuck??? “Oh yeah, well my cancer is worse than your cancer.” This is a low even for Hoofyville.

Wings would be the last McCartney purchase for me too apart from 1990 concert tickets, but I was one-and-done with the Macca Living Jukebox.

"Fuh You" is the kind of song you get when you to put together a cheap soundtrack for a TV show and you sign for a "royalty-free" deal on a music catalog that consists of cheap rip-off songs. Apart from the middle eight, every element of the track is so generic and derivative that I was waiting for Sir Macca to put on a sign that it was all a cruel joke on his audience by releasing the most personality-free track of his entire career. Alas, that wasn't even his intent.
I guess that, by now, Jeatleblow has given it five stars or something like that.

“gsmile said:
Pretty sad to see the battle for free speech being lost on the Hoffman forums. Used to be such a nice place to go to speak your mind among music friends”
The hell you say?!?
Also, Electric Arguments was the first McCartney I’d heard since the 80s. If you skip the opener, it’s pretty good. Unfortunately, it gave me false hope that he was capable of anything else worth hearing now. Heh.

McCartney II. That's the one where Paul invented electronica, right?

The last thing I bought was Electric Arguments which I liked. Before that was Chaos and Creation which I didn't. I don't really like much of his post Tug of War stuff but I will admit to loving pretty much everything he did before that. Big Wings fan as a kid and I still like all that '70s stuff and love The Beatles. Saw him twice in 2005 and he was great. Wouldn't go seem him now. His voice is too gone.

McCartney II. That's the one where Paul invented electronica, right? Not really but don't tell The Mess. He gets very angry about that.

Yep, pretty much... But whaddya expect? For most SHiTEs, it's still 1978, not 2018, back when you could be a racist/sexist as you wanted and could get away with it.

It's just so fucked up. Seriously, if I ever start going on about "Things were so much better back in the day, these damn kids and their phones, our music was real, hggrrggbbbbrrgghllllll", I hope one of my friends has enough respect for me to just fucking kill me.
