The first single from New was trash as well and I always skip it. This one is worse. Not sure if it’s a single, but it’s caca

New Paul McCartney album "Egypt Station" coming September 7, 2018*I will likely not be posting further comments in this thread, even after ES is released. Anyone curious as to why can pm me. Why would you even bother to announce that?

Jake Shears of Scissor Sisters is 40 years old.
This is how out of touch these motherfuckers are.

The only thing offensive about “Fuh You” is that is it such a nakedly obvious attempt for some viral attention. And it’s a terrible song performed poorly.

RAJ717 is a nasty, pompous prick who is openly and proudly homophobic. He uses his religious beliefs as an excuse. There's tolerance for you.

Maybe because I long ago stopped actually reading any of the shit he poats! It's one thing when a poater is an asshole for one or more of the many things that we pick on, but when every poat seems to follow the same basic set up to the point that I get deja vu, I can't help but tune 'em out.

I do recognize the opinion of this forum but honestly, I know many fans that absolutely adore this song (Fuh You) especially the younger ones and especially the female fans that I talk to all the times (young and old). I think it's an ok song but not much more

I'm sure Ron will interview all the "experts" such as Alec Baldwin and Yoko Ono for this documentary on the touring years. Oh, and I'm 100% positive there won't be a Hollywood political slant on this thing in any fashion. Im 100% positive that no one introduced politics into this until you did. You're assuming that they won't be talking over the video clips we are going to be watching. THAT is my biggest fear. Of course, the clips they will show are not likely to be anything new...other than being colorized. Yawn. I guess if you're a fan of Whoopi, you'll love this, but she comes across in the media as an intolerant, hate-filled, bitter old actress, so I'm not sure what she'll bring to the table. Excuse my ignorance. I can't I say I know much of Whoopi's work for the past 20 years or so. Who is she intolerant of and who is she filled with hate for? She has a talk show during the day (I'm told by my wife) and she continually rips into people with whom she doesn't agree with politically. Personally, I try as hard as I can to ignore the politics of any musician or actor/actress that I like. To me it's irrelevant. That is, unless they decide to run for office. Then it becomes pretty important to hear what they have to say. Who knows what's acceptable on the radio these days, especially when you look at what's on TV now compared to say, 20-30 years ago. I'm old fashioned and unashamed to admit it. I'm 49 and think it's wrong to say "I wanna F-you" to anyone in any situation for fear of being slapped with a lawsuit and never being able to run for political office (unless the media likes the ticket I'm on, then I should be ok). ;-) Here's my reasoning: I look to entertainers (musicians and Hollywood) for escape from the social and political crap, not to hear them push their social norms or spew hateful political rants (even if I may agree with them). In addition, I thought "Fuh You" and "Come On To Me" were crass, immature, and offensive and I'm not the only one. Add to the mix a song about locking up a "crazy" politician with whom Paul hates. Who wants to hear this kind of divisive stuff? I hope you can understand why this has put a wet blanket on my normal excitement associated with a new Macca album release. I'll check out the rest of the album one way or another and then decide whether or not to buy it, but for now, the excitement is just not there for me.

Like there are youngsters out there who enjoy hearing a 77 year old man singing about "coming on" to someone and wanting to "fuh" them.
We've finally reached the age of Alzheimers Rock, and don't the kids just love it.

I don't think I've ever felt bound to a particular artist or product like this. These retards will square any circle to make Macca a genius/prophet, even if their ears tell them it's all white dog shit.
