Notice also how the whole ‘if you wanna make it all about me’ is in a reply to something that wasn’t even @ him.

RSeeman is one of those attorneys with no talent but deep pockets they reference in the article. I also see he still doesn't understand "irony."

I shudder at the thought of a 70 minute CD containing Rfreeman's latest originals, as performed by the Beagles (produced by Long Dong Van Eaton)

As an amateur musician with ambition, I am endlessly fascinated by Rfreeman’s chutzpah…

As an amateur musician with ambition, I am endlessly fascinated by Rfreeman’s chutzpah… chutzpuh = devastatingly obtuse lack of awareness?

As an amateur musician with ambition, I am endlessly fascinated by Rfreeman’s chutzpah… I think if anything he has proven one thing. It is far more likely that someone with next to no musical talent (or aptitude for creativity) will get a 'musical' venture off the ground and noticed (mainly through continually blowing his own trumpet and relentless self promotion), than the majority of talented musicians will. This might be because they lack a thick skin (which Rfreeman has to the point of lacking any self-awareness), or because they would find the idea of organising a piss-up in a brewery to be outside of their comfort zone. Sadly, we could read this as another chapter in the revenge of the nerd - here it being the Blooz Lawyer who may had the the piss taken out of him at High School or College by genuinely disposed people as he swotted for his exams. Later on down the line, some of them may have found themselves on skid row or lacking the financial clout (that Rfreeman brags about) that could help sustain their endeavours. Could it be the story ending none of us really want to hear - the one in which the crass ghost-authored vanity memoir ends up trumping that book of groundbreaking insight that never got beyond rough drafts?

Nah. Maybe if Freeman was packing 200+ capacity clubs every weekend. Far as I can tell, all of his gigs are at libraries and little outdoor festivals and such. He's throwing away $7k on shitty-sounding demos. I don't care what he says in Hoofyville. He's losing money overall.

Ambition without talent will always get the attention that talent without ambition doesn't. He's the Blanche DuBois of amateur rock stars.

Based on his comments I'm thinking tax fraud might be in his future:
If you're undertaking an activity for pleasure rather than for profit, then you can't deduct any losses that exceed your income.
