SoundAdvice is the weirdest motherfucker there. Why do I think he has a bomb shelter?

Where did all the Police bashing come from over there? Is it some kind of Sting backlash?

A Spindle Of Burns is my favourite Jethro Tull album.

My only regret is not poating enough over there to unlock the marketplace sub-forum and start selling to these boobs.
Then I remember I’m not a masochist and the feeling of regret passes…

It was Mylene who brought up the nonexistent dirty looks. Rossmashnikov claims not to like the song that much anyway, and attributes Prince's solo to ego and Little Guy Syndrome. He used to insinuate that he's some kind of Houston Astros insider on the baseball thread. Just another self-absorbed bullshitter.

George Harrison admitted that he gave a side eye to Neil Young when he played one of the solos on the all-star version of My Back Pages at Bobfest in 1992. Maybe there's some kind of confusion between the two events.

It's quite baffling as Young's set was one of the best things about the whole show and his solo (for which he had ample training through playing "Days That Used to Be") made the performance slightly less constipated. And it's not as if Harrison hadn't tried something similar to Young's style with "It's All Too Much". But it's definitely a reminder that Saint George said a lot of very stupid things.

I like some of Neil's music but agree with Lord Krishna about his playing.

Neil Young's solo rendition of Forever Young was gorgeous but didn't make it past rehearsal. I can't find it on youtube but it's on bootlegs.

I like some of Neil's music but agree with Lord Krishna about his playing. Hari was pretty conservative about music, as all the Beatles were. I love Neil's electric playing.
