Likely to be an ongoing thread as he does it so much.
Let's start with this:
The fact is, Tony did it in 1988 for the Rarities album which Ron Furmanek put together for EMI, UK.
It was previously issued in OK stereo sound on a 1968 German album, but when Ron mixed it he synced up two 4 tracks together to give him 5 or 6 tracks to mix from. And of course, NO overdub guitar is there as it wasn't done until 1988.

The guitar overdub was done during the live mono mix-down in 1968, hence the German stereo version following a few months later missing the overdubs, and the mono version being included on "Rarities" in 1988 as no multi-track exists of the solo. The song was quickly turned out to issue as a B-side to "Do The Best You Can", which had become an unexpected hit in Mainland Europe only in the summer of 1968.
