The film about a Beatard-free world seems to have divided SHiTEs into two camps: those who want to see it so they can spot the audience members they can groom into liking their teen idols, and those who won't see it for the blasphemy of suggesting such a world exists. forums.stevehoffman.tv/threads/the-yesterday-film-yes-or-no.837015/

I went and saw Yesterday with my wife. She loves The Beatles in a listen to them for a day or so every couple months kind of way. We both enjoyed it, me far more than I expected. It's cheesy, but the acting is great, and the love for the music felt more joyous than desperate. Wouldn't call it great, but it was better than I thought it would be going in.
