About 10 years ago, I had ticketmaster send tickets to the wrong address. My address had been properly entered in my account, but when I called and asked where my tickets were, the rep confirmed that they were sent, and then read off the address they were sent to, which was off by a few numbers. They cancelled those tickets and sent out new ones. I wonder if the person who received them simply junked them, or if they showed up to Madison Square Garden and tried to get in.

Shit happens. The delivery driver fucked up. Amazon already agreed to right the situation. OP is only escalating things.
I'm waiting for the next update where the OP goes back over, she feels threatened and winds up shooting him in self defense.
