This AR remix might be the biggest non-event ever. The two remixes so far are superfluous and the 2 out-takes suck goat's ass. One thing about the Anthologies is that aside from a few tracks, everything on there was a complete take.

So, how many of you are staying home from work on September 27? Have you bought any new clothes to wear while waiting for your package? How did you celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Remasters?

I had a gig last night. On the way out, I noticed someone in the audience was wearing a Beatles t-shirt. I went up to him, pointing at the logo, and said, "I guess you're looking forward to the Abbey Road box set next week." He had no idea what I was talking about. Wow. I'm not sure I understand the marketing strategy behind this. It's almost as if they don't want it to be a big seller. Maybe use it as justification for not issuing box sets for the albums prior to Pepper??

So the audiophiles and Beatles experts over there think the guitar swells near the end of Come Together ( the last "shoot me" part) are a Moog synthesizer.

We'll get to the bottom of that at tonight's listening party. Forget Area 51, we're storming COLAs place.

I was picking up some takeout food once at a place Come Together was playing on the radio. One of the employees asked another who the song was by. The other guy was pretty sure it was Lynyrd Skynyrd. I should have known he was a SHite.
