The Paul/Ringo reunion thread has an entire cadre of grown men upset that a 79 year-old man didn’t repeat an off-the-cuff remark he made 50 years ago just for their edification.
FloydMaui, for example:
“such a missed opportunity that Ringo didn't head straight for Paul's mic at the end and yell about the blisters on his fingers !”

Evidently the thread has been cleansed of anything even remotely interesting. Left are poats by the goobers thinking up "funny" and "cool" names for the two old geezers if deciding to do a tour. Quite frankly Steve, I think they’re a bit much. They removed my post and all I said was Ringo was just playing the beat and not playing the song as he as the drummer originally did. Abe was doing it. Instead of bashing the crash cymbals, he’s hitting the ride cymbals. They deleted that? I’m actually a huge Beatles fan. Just look at my avatar of my Abbey Road outtakes from the original negatives. Lighten up. |

I always buy two copies of any Ringo LP and store one in my 2nd house, in Kansas, so it can't get flood-damaged. But I've had five burglaries there in the last three years, even though the neighbours are nice and keep an eye on the place.
