What we learn here is that Joe Saraceno was a LIAR and a THIEF. How could STEVE and Marsehole Blowhard not LIKE this guy? He was just like them, except maybe he was actually successful at one point in time. Lie, cheat and steal. All in a day's work. Industry LEGEND.
Now, let's go back to paying attention to STEVE. Did you know STEVE was involved with FOREVER CHANGES? No?! Well, he was. He found a shitty rough mix on casssette, added his infamous high-end cut to it and changed the course of history. Johnny Echols, are you listening?

“Asked him if I could have” is STeVE-speak for “stole”.

At any rate, here's the ending of my bullshit "I was there/had a hand in it/discovered it/owned it" story.

"My lawyer told me to go back to work so I did, go on my couch and laid out for a while." Ah, the harrowing work of a cutting engineer.

I just cannot get over the amount of times STEVE just happens to be in the right place at the right time. It's staggering. Is there anything this guy hasn't been caught up in? It's just amazing to me. STEVE just always manages to be "THERE".

STeVe is allowed to talk freely about other people’s crimes of stealing tapes but he doesn’t mention his. That’s STeVE for you.

It's just amazing to me. STEVE just always manages to be "THERE". I say this every time I read something like this from STYVE. Like that Bewitched stuff from the other day: just how many people happened to be getting an ice cream cone with the flavor called “Tabitha” in 1970 when the little girl who played Tabitha walks in and buys a “Tabitha” ice cream cone? Apparently one: STeVe. Or who happened to be eating lunch with Cary Grant when Elizabeth Montgomery walked into the commissary? One: STeVe. Who found a tape from Patty Hearst and was shown in CBS News playing it? One: STeVe. It goes on and on ....

I've only been on this site roughly 3 or 4 months, and between what I read before and what's been posted since, this guy is forever "part of it". Doesn't matter what, doesn't matter who. He's met that person. He heard that tape. He had lunch with him. Had lunch with her. I think this last one was just a ploy to sound relevant in the 21st century.

I heard a comedian once, not sure his name but I could look if I cared enough, with a character called “Uncle B.S”: “where were you on November 22, 1963?” Uncle BS: “I was in Dallas, Texas, trying to catch some rays while laying out on a grassy knoll.”
