Meh, plenty of hair lacquer manufacturers around the world.

I’m not in panic mode now. It’s actually fun to watch the SHites lose their collective shit over this.
THAT is the truth.

STeVe: I’m not in panic mode now. It’s actually fun to watch the SHites lose their collective shit over this. THAT is the truth. On Facebook I read a comment that someone said it’s just a minor bump, quit getting worked up over it, and buy used records if it’s such a serious concern. The people lost their shit. “Buy used? How can we guarantee it was played on a decent player instead of a cheap Crosley or didn’t come from the house of a smoker?” I buy 99% used and these concerns have never once crept into my mind.

The only new 180g+ sealed vinyls I've bought were drastically discounted to 75%-90% off. Often there was tiny slipcase damage. And lots of them I flipped. Fuck these idiots and their overly-dramatic panicking over this unfortunate, but minor compared to real world problems, event.
How's Bellman-rimmin' MYKE taking it??

This has always been my response to the VINYL IS BACK AND HERE TO STAY people. If so, how come no one is opening any new lacquering facilities? Considering there were only two, now one, around, seems there’s a market if this is a lasting market.

I love it, some guys are gripping hard. Poor MyKKKe, he's selling off so many CDs to afford more tasty Bellman cuts.

Any speculation yet on which streaming service started the fire?

The right wing SHite nutbags will blame Obama for this. They are bitching about California's strict environmental guidelines that will prohibit another plant emerging from the ashes. I think there are nervous crazed wackos over there that are thinking about getting loans or cashing in stock or selling there first born to purchase vinyl records before the apocalypse happens.

Now it seems that DMM vinyl is getting a bashing. Fucking wankers. Speaking In Tongues,Slave To The Rhythm and the White Album DMM vinyl sound great to me on MY system.

Yeah, I'm always happy with them. They seem to make good records. My guess is someone that owns a pressing plant will stat working on a cheaper, better method. In fact, if there were only two places, I would imagine someone that owns a plant has been looking into this already. They will just need to do it sooner rather than later.
