I don't t expect the current thread to last long in the Off Topic section, but one of Shitesville's biggest Trump shills is also a defender of Amazon's business practices.
To wit:
AMAZON is legally doing business. You may not like the way they are doing business but they are following the laws.
NOBODY is forced to work in the AMAZON warehouse. People choose to do so. They choose to interview. They choose to punch in and go to work. They choose to do the work as required by the managers and bosses. They choose to come back tomorrow and do it again.
If the work is so outlandishly terrible they can choose to quit...at any time...for any reason...because they have free will.
If AMAZONS working conditions are so deplorable the employees control the outcome of that. Don't do the work.
Yup, you might get fired for your actions, but if all the employees just stopped working in the factory the factory would have to do something in order to continue with the work.

This term "living wage" is a misnomer. What is a living wage? How much does one need to make in order to live the good life? Where do you draw the line on what is required for a good living. In order for there to be a better there must be a worse. In order for there to be an end there must be a beginning.
Shuffling boxes and filling orders is not a high skill occupation, and often it can be completed by those with a small modicum of give a shiiiit to just do the work correctly.
Equal opportunity is far more effective than equal outcome.
When you strive for equal outcome it almost always results in a very low threshhold, and poor outcome for all, while at the same time expending all available resources in the process.
When you strive for equal opportunity those with abilities, effort, talent, and other useful assets often succeed due to the direct results from their efforts...efforts which are stifled, or even punished, in an equal outcome situation.

He goes on and on, but you get the idea.
