I learned nearly everything I know about Jamesy from this thread. I almost got to be in the presence of His Jamesness back around 2015 or 16 when he was "touring" (i.e. stopping by coffeeshops) the Midwest, I'd bought a ticket to see him perform at a small coffeeshop/bar after getting a Songkick app notification about area concerts. I thought what the hell, solely based on his relation to Sir Paul. Anyway, a few weeks or months after getting the ticket, on concert day, I find out that the show date had been changed at some point, and I received no notification or email about it. It was originally to be on Easter Monday, but had been rescheduled to Easter Sunday, so I totally missed it. I got my $15 tickets refunded at least. But judging from a link of a review of his tour posted here earlier, I didn't miss anything. I did get to see Sir Paul perform around the same time, who easily filled the baseball stadium in St. Louis, and put on a great show, even from where we were standing in the nosebleeds. I'd lucked into getting affordable 'standing room only' tickets because the show sold out in three hours. I think I mentioned a few years ago on this thread, that this has to be the most dedicated area on the internet to James McCartney. It's weird how he does or says nothing for ages then suddenly puts out a half assed single called 'Beautiful'. Mind you this must be the most half assed music career that got any attention at all - in history. Mary sure looks happy to pose with him. Not Here's a Sparkydog classic from earlier in the thread that you may have missed "]link[/a]

Amazing how someone can look look Paul McCartney, yet not. James was dealt a bad set of cards.

It’s as if Paul McCartney and Alfred Hitchcock had a baby.

It’s as if Paul McCartney and Alfred Hitchcock had a baby. Ha! Great observation.

Amazing how someone can look look Paul McCartney, yet not. James was dealt a bad set of cards. An odd genetic aftertaste, to be sure.

I ran into some more on the r/Beatles subreddit earlier, probably same event, photos are (reportedly, maybe) March 4th 2024: There's always someone cooler than you...your Dad. Big Head James Band should have been his touring group name. (quip needed here)

Laughing at the recent SHiTV refugees desperate for Beatles content contributing to this thread. You know who you are.

He looks so tortured I almost feel bad for him. Dude does look miserable most pics. I can't fault him for that since I have RBF syndrome myself, but he looks fairly content here. Let's not blame him for being crushed under daddy's massive shadow. It must be awful sometimes.
