I haven't really listened to Rogan at all since he moved to Spotify. I know he's had some real knuckleheads on for guests like Ted Nugent, Candace Owens and Alex Jones. But he was never a Trumper himself and I don't think he identified as a right winger. In a nutshell, what vaccine misinformation is Rogan spouting? Does he think Ivermectin cures Covid or something? I'm gonna respond the lazy way, from memory! He has said the young healthy people should not get it. He also, after getting covid himself, "threw the kitchen sink" at it with treatment including Ivermectin.

He's said more exactly: “I just said I don't think if you're a young healthy person you need it."
He's encouraged older people to get vaccinated, like his parents. But, as we have all been able to see, "young" is for instance 54, because he isn't vaccinated.
And he overlooks the fact that many people regard themselves as healthy even when they're overweight or have any form of comorbidity. From what I've been able to grasp, obesity in the US is like poverty. Overweight people regard themselves as athletes who just hadn't time in the last few weeks to go to the gym.

I think the quote you pulled is from him later backpedaling a bit.

Definitely. But I wanted to show that even in its diluted, amended version, this opinion is dangerous.

That's how I felt about the Capitol riots. But that's giving them exactly what they want. This isn't a protest. They are out they trying to provoke a fight, some maybe even looking to start a civil war (you can find a lot of that rhetoric.)
Once this spectacle is over and they all go home, they will still be pieces of shit. And by that point, they will hopefully be identified and face appropriate consequences for their actions, whatever the hell that means: legal problems, losing their job, etc.

This is the stuff. Right here. I sit and read it with my Jewish fiancé and her two half Jewish daughters in the room and can't imagine how this shit makes them feel. Or what those kids will have to deal with. Rage beyond rage with these useless, miserable fucks.
And then my mother supports trump and shit like this, trashes black people in front of those kids and wonders why I want nothing to do with her.
