And people tell me I need to get out more! Seriously, though, that is brilliant!

That is gold. It also reminds me that the only thing that I'm sure Hoffman has truly, brilliantly, and independently "mastered", is the art of having terrible hair over four decades.

Finally we have the publication that John Oteri wrote for. Is that Audiogirl / Karla with the tongue hanging out?

Great job, sₚⲁᵣₖydₒg! Now that the Tiger Beat parody is done, how about one for 16 Magazine? Photoshopping Hoofy’s head onto those cartoon bodies would be hilarious. (Here are a few random covers from back in the day, maybe they could give you some ideas:

For dudes who continually show contempt for the musical likes of teenage girls, they sure have a lot in common with those 60's teenyboppers. A lot of those magazine articles could be poats over there!

Anyone got a psychological explanation for their dislike of female artists? They’ve never accepted the idea that a woman isn’t just a fleshy baby factory with additional baking skills, and those that are creative or innovative (or not catering to their desires, or gay, or unfeminine) are simply built wrong, and deserve scorn (unless they’re sexy in which case they can put them in the wank bank). And that teenage girls are the most wrong because they can’t really understand music and only like The Beatles because they’re handsome, and thus undermining the SHiTE’s fandom, which is more pure because they know the music.

Sounds like a reasonable explanation. What about unresolved issues in their relationship with their mom and dad? Does this factor in? And negative experiences from their high school years?

Note The Beagles and The Chimps references. Forgive my SHitiness, but that closeup of Ringo’s eye was originally from a Breck shampoo parody ad. It was painted by Frank Frazetta (one of the few things he had done for EC Comics/Mad): (FWIW, this was a “humorous” attempt to tie the Beatles’ long hair to Breck shampoo’s long-running “Breck Girl” ad campaign. Here’s an original Breck Girl ad from the same time period):
