I think the Northern Ireland guy was already suspended for something else, and the allegations were that until a couple of days ago, the person remained unsuspended. I may have read that wrong though. It's a weird one. I don't get why someone would pay £35,000 or whatever it was just for pics. Ironic that the woman went to The Sun - a paper that until not long ago also used to pay out bucks for pics of teens on their page 3. |

For an analogy over there, I'm not sure if there can be one, cause in this case we are talking about someone with strong links to Royalty, and also because it is funded by the public. OK I'll try. Imagine if CNN was funded by the public and Anderson Cooper (is he with CNN?) had paid $60,000 over 2 years to have cam sex with some underage, and that the $60,000 of public money had gone towards feeding that kid's crack addiction. Obviously it is just allegations right now. |
