CBS gives “Murphy Brown” revival a 13-episode order; Candice Bergen, creator Diane English to returnI'm just saying Candy is 71 and she had a stroke. What would be the demographic for something like this? I'm wary. Remember what happened when they tried to bring Lucy back.

STeVE wonders "What would be the demographic for something like this?"... Does he not read his own site?

Does anybody else besides Hoofy remember when they brought Lucy back? Vidiot wrote extensively about it. And if bencasey was still active there, he'd shed a tear. And they brought back The X-Files, Full House and Will and Grace to some degree of commercial success, and Roseanne comes next. A limited-run revival is typically the kind of event intended to remind people that networks carry a legacy and shared memories, which can give these networks some kind of credentials against cable channels.

Vidiot wrote extensively about it. But only about 300 times. Haaaaaaarible.

I'm going with unemployed, narcissistic, passive-aggressive assholes with nothing better to do all fucking day. Know anyone like that?
