Discussing the results of double-blind testing isn’t prohibited there. Debating the validity of double-blind testing is what’s prohibited. riiiight DBT methodology is 'valid' in every research lab and is in fact even required if you hope to publish research involving audible difference in a reputable journal. (I'm not pulling this claim out of my ass, btw; I'm an academic scientist, I've done a fair bit of reading in the relevant journals, though psychoacoustics is not my field; I have a pretty good sense of what would pass peer review or not.). But in SHiteville, its validity is a matter of debate, and is on par with the 'validity' of claims from sighted comparison. "OK, some of you think the moon landings were fake, some don't, so we're not allowing any debate on that. But if one of you goes to the moon and wants to report about that, that's OK'.

My spirit soars like an eagle seeing this: Shunyata Research Shunyata - DFSS Dark Field Suspension System Accessories Price $300.00
Shunyata has just engineered a new cable-isolation device called DarkField Suspension System (DFSS). The most significant advance is the dual-band cable suspension bridge, which supports any cable while dissipating energy through tensioned polymer bands. The base is filled with an energy-absorbing granular compound that absorbs energy which would otherwise enter the cable, causing signal degradation. This yields improved clarity, depth, and spatial information within any system. Even crappy or mediocre ones. I think I've seen Wile E. Coyote try to drop that on the Roadrunner.

Shamyutu Research - STUPIDASS STUPendouslyIncredibleDownrightAwesome Suspension System Accessories Price $300.00Shamyutu has just engineered a new cable-isolation device called STUPendouslyIncredibleDownrightAwesome Suspension System (STUPIDASS). The most significant advance is its single-band cable suspension ring, which supports any cable while dissipating energy through its tensioned rubber design. The rings are composed of an energy-absorbing latex compound that absorbs energy which would otherwise enter the cable, causing signal degradation (but won't because of all the energy absorbing going on). This yields improved clarity, depth, and spatial information within any system. Even ones guitar-waving assholes disappove of.

Is it compatible with my Shakti Stones? I don't want to mess up my receivers chi. Not being versed in all the various types of snakeoil audiophool crap being peddled to the dolts, I needed to Google "Shakti Stones". Good lord! Those fuckwits will buy anything if meaningless buzzwords like "transparency" and "resolution" are bandied about, won't they? These idiots would give the SHites a run for their money (and I suppose many of them are SHites): www.stereophile.com/content/shakti-stabilizer-no-longer-recommended-1BTW, any reviews of those wavy sticks Hoofy plugged before? How many of the twits fell for that scam?

This is my favorite review of the "Hallographs." 6Moons is a crazy website, but at least they don't seem to venture out much. At the bottom of the review is a stereo that seems to be made of old foghorns. The reviewer even uses a "blind piano tuner" to help prove his point. I mean, everyone knows blind piano tuners have the best ears. It's science, man.

There's a reason why 6Moons is often referred to as 6Loons.

Memorandum for Record from the Prez:
Dear Shitstirrers,
Thank you very fucking much. Up until now I have had a trés cool cozy little scam going with my *ahem* audiophile accessories. I don't need you little scamps running around and fucking things up for me.
You have 24 hours to remove all mention of my product(s) from your trumped-up little website, capiche? Failing that, I have given instructions to my associate Guido "the Scrotum Blade" Pugliese to pay you a visit.
I sincerely hope for your little asses that it doesn't have to come to that. So yap up, pal.

I couldn't believe buddy posted that thread because that's just sad. Seriously, use the interweb thing and make a f'cking decision yourself. After reading a few posts of that thread I wanted to grab one of my (cheap) speaker cables and hang myself ffs ....
