What kind of a church allows this crap to be played in it, and why?

What kind of a church allows this crap to be played in it, and why? Well, you have to admit, the utterances of “Jesus Christ!” increase whenever anyone hears Rfreeman play.

Can't say I particularly "admire" George for making rock fans sit through an Indian music segment either. One of many egomaniacal moves he ironically made in the name of enlightenment. He seemed to care about the reviews his tour got. If he wanted positive reviews and wanted people to want to see him more than once, it would be a good idea to play music that people wanted to hear. He obviously didnt have to do what I or anybody else wanted, I just feel no admiration for a pop star trying to shove unpopular music down his fans throats. It would have been a bit more "admirable" to make him an opening act people could skip by arriving late. George put Ravi's set in the middle of his show. Putting satisfying himself over the satisfaction of the several hundrend thousand people paying to see him is to me a sign of a pretty big ego. They are endemic among artists of course, but more understandable when foisting one's own oddball music on fans (as done with Love You To and Within You Without You) than when making his fans sit through someone else playing a completely unfamiliar kind of music right in the middle of the main artist's set. Hopefully the beer sellers at least gave him a cut of their extra profit from that segment. His Indian stuff has gotten a lot more play in the last 7 months while I have been in a relationship with a yoga instructor. Mickey Hart too.

Imagine being forced to sit through a performance by Ravi Shankar and company. Sounds like ABSOLUTE TORTURE.
I seem to recall Shankar's set getting better reviews than George's performances. Ragas versus ragged.
