Wildest cat back with one of his patented 'how come this thing isn't that thing' threads: Why Isn't ' Rubber Soul ' Our Favourite Beatles Album ?

Is New Zealand made up of all the smart people that left Australia? Every poater from Australia seems brain dead.

Saving up for an album that anyone can buy for the price of a Pot Noodle.

...but I really didn't like the songs Me Like Music and Sing, Love Child. One's a grower, the other's a shower.
I actually think Heart was pretty shitty. Magic Man is super irritating what with that snake-charmer-sounding moog and Guitar Emporium guitar sound.

Aww, there's nothing like listening to Barracuda on K-DST while driving through San Andreas.

Most of them seem to be in London - around Clapham, and really annoying - boorish, competitive and pushy on the whole. Maybe in their own country that are really OK!

Maybe in their own country that are really OK! I lived in Sydney for a while. Really enjoyed it, and went back for a holiday recently. It’s hard to put it into words, but the guys who seem so boorish at the Shep’boo Walkie (translation for our American friends- Shepherd’s Bush Walkabout, an Australian themed bar in West London) seem a bit more normal in Australia without being so abrasive. I really loved it while I was there. However, NZ blows it out the water for scenery, quality of life and downright niceness of population (also on a more serious note, NZ is far more respectful of native culture and population, incorporating it far more successfully than Australia does).

Did you manage to get out West to Perth? To be honest, I know some Aussies that are cool, and pretty sure the Australian experience is a good onel. Would love to visit. I have a friend in New Zealand who filmed the most beautiful sunsets there. He used it as part of an ambient project.
