They need to put it out as a single with that shitty take one of Tomorrow Never Knows as the B side.

It is so clunky and falls out of time (I think. Something definitely goes wrong at one point) and has the effects put on at the same point.
Anyone here ever get to privately ask George Martin about this?

The idea was that gurgling loop that starts it was supposed to be a rhythm guide of some sort. But it's so hard to make any sense of it since it sounds like shit Ringo just lost track of the tempo. If it wasn't so hyped up by Lewisohn it might be ok, but he made it sound like it was something off the first Sabbath album.

Now it sounds so tame and half-baked (and to be fair, it's not like they polished it up anyway.)

I ripped the wrapper off and ran to my car, put it specifically on that track and sat there going "THIS is what he freaked out about?" My problem is the released version might be my favourite song of all time.

I ripped the wrapper off and ran to my car, put it specifically on that track and sat there going "THIS is what he freaked out about?" My problem is the released version might be my favourite song of all time. I didn't know about any of the hype. I'm not sure I even fully realized that the Anthologies were full of unreleased material until my friend got volume 2. Maybe "blew my mind" is an exaggeration. The finished version definitely did that. But something about the repetitive, droning, dirge-like sound did something for me. It's weird shit. And at 14 I wanted to make weird shit. I think that's gotta be a youth kinda thing, making weird and crazy "random" shit.
It ain't heavy metal and I completely get why you would be let down. Thankfully I read all that stuff after I heard it. It wasn't even long from when I first heard Revolver to when I heard Anthology 2. Thanks to my friend, I "rediscovered" the Beatles some time early in 8th grade. We both started buying CDs after Christmas. He must have had Revolver by April and surely had Anthology 2 before we graduated. I didn't get Revolver until that summer but would listen to various songs online (from websites that hosted songs so you could put them on your blog). I remember thinking And Your Bird Can Sing sounded really modern and would have fit on the radio alongside Jet and Green Day. Oh, and some other website that hosted a bunch of Beatles music, which I only realized later that it had to be all mono vinyl rips. Which was good since I'm not sure the family computer had two working speakers.

Have any of you ever heard the “Remix 11” version of “Tomorrow Never Knows”?
(Its truncated guitar solo is rather off-putting. You listen for it in vain, then the next section starts...)

All the comments say it and now I hear it too: the solo sounds a lot like Paul's Taxman solo.

And so the cocksucker begins:
"Arnold Grove said: ↑ I prefer #3 (which is a tweaked variation of #2):
THE SOURCE - "Get Back" - Glyn John's Compilation 3
All of them are listed here:
THE SOURCE - "Get Back" - The Glyn John's Compilations"
and you will be getting it!:righton: (although maybe not that one lol) mikecarrera, Today at 12:16 PM#2799

I guess it's because he's not an asshole about it, dropping clues, hints, and ciphers.

April 22nd, Mike berates people for expecting a trailer soon and tells them to wait until July: You guys were expecting announcement or teaser video or trailer of a release that is months away? July/Aug will be good news May 6th, Mike suddenly knows there's a trailer coming on Friday: Well, no, a film trailer is expected and the poster art for that (Get Back), this won't be released in June (50th Ann Box Set), it already has a release date, not June

Now he suddenly has an inside scoop that a lot of other people also have. And he likely heard it thirdhand anyway. But that doesn't stop him from announcing it as if he's the one who let the cat out of the bag.

It seems the film trailer will come out at a later date as well any kind of 'clue' regarding a box set, but at least it will be a reminder that on Friday, 50th years ago that day, the boys released a very good and final album. A short video is involved and Ethan Russell. What!?! No trailer? No poster art? No album cover? Are you un-telling us what you told us? 'Words are flowing out like ....' Well, yep:cry:, we've just saw it, a video? YES, it will be a short video:righton:. Trailer? Film Trailer? mmm, nope, something new? nope:hide:, Album artwork? YES, the original!! This coming Friday? YES! I guess Marinucci’s source misunderstood Yep, blame Marinucci (we NEVER said that the NEW LIB will be revealed, was him, I've thought it could be the new film trailer but I've said today on time "it's not", I apologize for that), we said yesterday something will be coming soon, wait for Friday and you will see it! In fact, I was thinking it was too TOO soon to reveal anything regarding a release that is months away. Way way shorter than "the making of Let it Be" video.

We were also excited until we kept digging. Steve usually is pretty accurate. At least it’s something! Not what we want, but something
