NEW Beatles Releases by the end of the 2017Enough with the upcoming McCartney re-releases on colored vinyl and RSD releases.. new BEATLES releases are on his way for the Christmas. Official announcements very soon, we will get TWO different releases and a total of three different products, one is a BOX SET. Good? Some stuff NEVER before sold to the public until now, but not necessarily unreleased. TWO different Beatle products, a total of THREE releases available early December, the date is very well know, the official announcement soon Three physical and one digital but the digital was already available on physical before, now on HD Digital Audio and I don't collect "digital". Out of the NEW three physical formats, Two are from the same Beatles product and I will definitely buy the limited edition ONLY and the other is a DIFFERENT release which will make 99% of the fans HAPPY, it's a Box Set and will definitely buy it and also is LIMITED EDITION. All available on the same day. I was watching the video trailer, cool Can someone translate? I don't know what he's saying. Pete Best's 'Best of the Beatles' 1966 album direct from the original masters? Mike Love sings 'Love Me Do' and other songs of love? I can't give you more clues today since I'm on my way out for a concert tonight but tomorrow maybe many of you already know what is this about.. but a few more details (not clues, for those who don't like the teases) -One format will be LIMITED EDITION Picture Disc, that is not a clue but actual info from the first Release the other was the HD-Audio download, now you have TWO details from the first release. Now, the second release on the very same day: -The Box Set will be LIMITED EDITION and with a 16-page booklet also with recording notes. “They were the Beatles Christmas recordings... they weren’t on sale... shut up!” I think the boxset will be some sort of an Anthology 4, with Paul's finished Now and Then version. Wait, no, it's the February 1964 press conference in S-T-E-R-E-O for the first time. They spent years tracking down every audio tape and digitally synchronized them to make it stereo. An official Live press conference with Macca confirming it was John doing the Aaaaarhs.! Coming in late...what'd I miss? Has Arnie weighed in yet? The director's cut of Ron Howard's documentary? With the uncut Whoopi Goldberg interview. You are correct I will purchase it because it is the Beatles but will never play it. I already have at least 3 different bootlegs that already sound good, and I still can’t stand to listen to them. More exciting is the 3D book /slides coming out this year. Well I just think about everything I'd like to hear from the Beatles label. Anthology 4, the Dick James demos, a restored lengthened Let It Be, Let it be bonus audio disc, Carnival of light the 3rd reunion song. Then I say the word Apple & mentally delete everything I'd like to hear, & figure they're going to release stuff I don't really want for a lot of money$$$. Beatles enhanced Decca, 3rd reunion song, songs I don't already have, Let it be outtakes, no no no & no. Sad. Someone message me tell me what it is so I can log off I think announcement very near. But something IS coming! I've seen a video trailer, looks like a fun release I think official word may come as early as this week.....let's see. Has Mike been giving hints while I've been away?? What hints has Mike given? from the 33 second TV AD (or trailer of you want to call it that way) That links to an ad for stunning Asian women mmm, ok, more clues you want?... mmmm, drum head as a Picture Disc?

Well, it's certainly a relief to know that new BEATLES releases are on his way for the Christmas. The Christmas has always been the right time for the Fab. But yes, more clues I want.

Don't they have an insider on the board, a guy named Ron or something like that?

They are real insiders, not like Braindead.
Their info is real. And really lame.
Nothing that they know is super secret, whispered from the mouth of Giles Martin shit. It's all an open secret among anyone even remotely involved in Universal (as told to me by a real "insider" who find this stuff lame not to mention unprofessional). The promo video, which may or may not still be live, was posted (but kept on private) last Wednesday. A lot of folks knew about it, and few gave a shit because its the farthest thing from interesting or exciting, except to these knuckleheads. The only thing worse than being a beatard creaming at the thought of this is being an insider using info to be the cool kid on the block. The king of the losers.

I realize in some counties it can get me strung up to say this, but I hate Christmas music. I can tolerate it for one special day a year in the interest of goodwill toward man, but for more than 1/12 of the year (conservative estimate) we are subjected to it constantly from all corners; what is wrong with the human species? And it is almost that time again. Humbug. I light a fart to Rump-a-pum-pum.
Yet all of it, right down to Hung for the Holidays, is more listenable than the gibberish on the Fabbies' Xmas records.
These SHites keep praying for some kind of earth shattering Beetle rekkid, and they all refuse to face the fact that all of the good stuff was released 50 or so years ago, and a lot of the leftover crapola has dribbled out ever since. All that's left is the crappiest of the crap, and they know it but can't admit it.
So, let's see them work up excitement for this boring release that will never get played after it is purchased. Hope it sets them back a month in their rent payments.
And isn't colored vinyl supposed to suck anyway?

A good number are making sure to express their displeasure. Surely, in place of this, Apple could be releasing all the good stuff that's left behind. The best part is, the master tapes are long gone. So they are gonna be sourced from the flexis. Which is exactly what all the bootlegs and rips are.

As members of the olde board are aware of, I have always been a firm supporter of SHiTE seppuku. A release as suggested by COLA could possibly provide a spark in the right direction. Of course the main event looming on the horizon is still Macca shuffling off this mortal coil. George and whatshisface are surely waiting for Sir Paul.

Personally I don't think this Mike Carerra character (the guy who started that fucking thread) is any more of an 'insider' than Braindead is. True Beatles insiders don't last long among the SHiTEs...look at Ken Scott.

Here's a question that hasn't been posed or addressed before: When the one official release of a christmas flexi recording was made available a few years back, and also via the Beatles Rock Band game, it was edited in spots to remove some snippets of Christmas songs, apparently for copyright violations. Will the official releases in the upcoming box set be the complete recordings? Or will they also be edited? All copyright issues have been resolved, but there is always the chance that someone screwed up and could have subtracted or added a bit of stuff that differs from the originals. I have been told "No". There will not be a CD nor any download. From what i heard the Christmas set is an almost definate go.... As for the Let it be box that's still up in the air. BTW,Geoff Emerick is now On facebook so i may ask him which of these is going to be issued. (Without making me read all 50+ pages)What exactly we're looking at here? This is a cash grab, pure and simple. Colored vinyl with rainbows and unicorns is fine for the fetishists and bondage aficionados. For the rest of us, there should be a CD compilation available for $14.99. Once again, FU Apple. 99% of "real fans" (whatever that means) want this? So then why are they leaving so much money on the table by making it limited edition vinyl only? How many "real fans" want this bad enough to go out of their way to purchase something to play it on since I'd assume most "real fans" don't have vinyl systems anymore? How many "real fans" are there in the world in your estimation? And what percentage of them do you believe want/prefer an expensive limited edition vinyl format item, as opposed to something released on a format they can actually listen to? 99%? I'd say 10% tops - perhaps only 5% and at least half of that 5% would buy it just to have it with no intention of ever opening it let alone playing it. And half of that half of the 5% would buy it just to flip it for profit a few years down the road - I suppose making them NOT "real fans" Yeah that comment you replied to is reducilous.

Way too much stuff like this that gets looked at once, and never touched again.

I'm talking about including all the fan club disc content on 1 CD, in order of the years, and at the end including a handful of different mixes of Christmas Time is Here Again. Include the 1996 Real Love b-side mix, include a Love-Style mash-up mix by Giles that incorporates other Beatles song snippets, and bring in a few other artists to remix the track in different ways.

All of this stuff has been freely available on the internet since God was young. Except the "Love-Style mash-up mix by Giles that incorporates other Beatles song snippets" into that 2-chord drone of a Christmas "song" they wrote. THAT is what I am holding out for...
