You know what? I knew that. All my parents' albums were given to me when they "updated" in the late 90s. At that age, I didn't know better about the Beatles, so I thought it was weird they released an album in 1977 (figured out how that album came to be later). So I was gonna give Hoofy the benefit of the doubt. But that was 7 months ago when I joined. I've read enough to know that every STEVE story could make my lawn nice and lush. Such a storied life! Hob knobbing with the jet set, getting LA radio jobs sight unseen, exposing criminal enterprises, getting to hear Beatles tapes just as Sir George calls for them...this guy needs to play the lotto! Heh. For almost 20 years the bullshit has been flying and the followers continue to drool over him. It was the comments and behaviors of others that made me seek out an alternative to Hoofyville but once here I was able to put together what a load of shit he is.

Yep, that's about how it went down for me, too. When I was randomly reading old threads and saw him re-tell (almost word for word) the Patty Hearst story as written by Jim Ladd, that was it. And it's a fucking gold mine everytime I open a new thread about ol' Hooferton. In uncertain times, it's good to know I can count on the posters of SC to lift me up.

The film is still in his Leica, and he can't get it developed for now.

New Prime series, Reacher We had absolutely no issue with the dialogue. If anything it was crystal clear.

What about that idiot with the reissue series for 80s crap needing a shitty logo slapped on the back of the ceedee? I haven’t seen a poat or thread by him in ages. Did he get gorfed for being an unlikeable twat?

Wasn't there speculation that Bill Inglot was poating there as namretsam? FWIW, he's still there.

He has referred to Inglot in the 3rd person repeatedly when defending him from SHite idiots. I can't remember who namretsam is, but it's someone fairly well known in the "biz". I was thinking Ron Furmanek but he used his real name there.

Whoever it is, he/she appears to be (or would like to appear to be) someone close to the Rhino label. Was the referral to Inglot in the third person just to hide his/her real identity? Like I said, all speculation. From the thread discussing Gary Stewart's passing.

If the location is genuine, and not a red herring, he lives in Santa Rosa, which would be quite distant from Los Angeles, where Inglot is still based.

Did he get gorfed for being an unlikeable twat? He made a woman driver comment and that was the end of his label advertising thread. He deservedly had his ass handed to him, he was a "Missing Person" for a while.
