Why always "Featuring"?Why do all the new pop songs "feature" someone or other?? If they used that formula in the past imagine "Get Back by The Beatles Featuring Billy Peston", "Money For Nothing by Dire Straits Featuring Sting" etc. It's to the point it looks goofy. More than half the songs out there feature someone else. If nothing else, the "featuring" tag is a good indicator that the song is going to suck. Because they don’t do guitar solos anymore just a rap Singers need to feature rappers for street cred. Rappers need to feature singers to provide a memorable hook (usually borrowed from another song).

At least there are no racist overtones in their cogent discussion.
