I like the guy that threw his 2000 records in the dumpster. Purposely, in a way so no one else could ever enjoy them.
And the mice.

Thought I'd share this review of 'Vinyl' (from imdb) with you. The reviewer seems more deluded than most of the people in the film (they weren't all that bad) , and is a self confessed audiophile. Bet the reviewer is a SHite.

Bet the reviewer is a SHite. Jeeze, what a tool. There is a difference between "record collector" and "audiophile" Let him make his own movie about how to clean his records and what stereo to buy. And I bet he doesn't "enjoy" anything more than the miserable guys in the movie.

Not content with just moaning about off centred, non-filled, warped, pimpled and debris ridden vinyl they have come up with a new issue with the vastly superior format. Milky Substance On Records

This idiot is just asking for the shit to be ripped out of him for that post. It makesyou wonder though how many of those SHites are splurging over their prized Beatles vinyl and then Okki Nokkiing it up.

The legend is many a blues 78 collector when they found a stash of records would purposely damage whatever things they didn’t buy so no one else could have them. The guy from Canned Heat was alleged to have been one of these guys.

I like records, but avoid the collectors at all costs. Now, the 78 people? Super creeps in that scene.

I can't wait for the one-upmanship. I bought a record and it was covered in glitter! I bought a record and it was covered in earwax! I bought a record and it had three pounds of sauerkraut on it! I bought a record and it was so noisy that it emmited the resonant frequency of my house and it collapsed!

Seems like I'll be adding another vinyl to my collection soon unfortunately.

I can understand if you receive a record that's so warped its unplayable, or has a big gouge in it or something. But some of these pricks are returning them because the outer sleeve got a little dinged in shipping, they don't like the sound quality or found a few stray pops/clicks. Seriously, what the fuck is wrong with these people? Ultimately I bet it is them that ruin it for everyone else, when online retailers like Amazon stop accepting returns on "vinyls." I get a kick out of certain SHiTES who have had their Amazon Prime accounts revoked for excessive returns. Well..serves ya right you prick!

I keep hoping Amazon does that to the ex-Target-Gorf.
