Markets tanking...but will it bleed into real estate?

Tech stocks and real estate have been skyrocketing over the past year, but now the stock market is tanking. If this continues and tech companies stop hiring and start firing, this has to effect real estate even more than interest rates rising. Predictions?

You're right. It's not tanking...yet. But it's looking more likely. Tech has been on a tremendous run for many years without providing the value or innovation to justify stock prices. Seems like a day of reckoning is coming--but you're right that we don't know if it's here yet. Could be, maybe not.
