Sure, a shitty sounding cassette is ‘better’ than the ability to stream just about anything in CD or better quality because it can be stroked.

I see his point, and it is kinda cool, but I have access to almost any song I could want, any time, at my fingertips.
Not to mention, I don't have to worry about getting a jammed tape being eaten out of my deck while driving. Big plus.

I have my own weird hangup. Simply holding my phone, even if it's off, while listening to music (through my ipod) takes me out of the moment a bit. Like the princess and the pea or something.
