Neil Young Lucky Thirteen from 1993 credits some tracks as being from NY Archives?!On the liner notes he credits these songs as being from “Reprise Records Neil Young Archives” Sample and hold - extended version Depression Blues Get Gone (live) Don’t take your love away from me Pressure (credited as being from “Neil Young Archives Video Collection) Mideast vacation (Alt version same credit as Pressure) Ain’t it the truth (live) This note’s for you (live) But the first Archive didn’t come out until 2009, right? And this era wasn’t even covered on that one. Anyone know the what’s up on this? Thanks! Sometimes, "archives" just means "archives", and not the name of a box set released in 2009... the tracks all are outtakes from past sessions, so they were all archived somewhere.

What about Voivod? Anvil?
Old Gord aside, there must have some good rock and roll somewhere between Neil Young and... uh Alvvays and Drake.

Fucked Up are Canadian, and have made some of the best rock music of the last 20 years (and have a new album out today).
I also make no apologies for my opinion that Martha & The Muffins (Toronto) made one of the ten greatest albums of the 80s.
