I still hope that one day it’ll be revealed that Carnival of Light was a hoax. Like cartographers putting deliberate errors in maps.
Consider the book it was revealed in. A book which described take 1 of Tomorrow Never Knows as heavy metal, and says there is no organ on I’m Looking Through You despite it being the loudest thing on the track.

It’s a shame there’s no other way to listen to that song. This is a perfect encapsulation of the SHiTE (and SDE crowd) mentality; one new thing is never, ever enough. Can’t they Frankenmix something? Can’t believe Roger agreed to this!” But then… Bob Dylan’s putting out a 10 LP deluxe edition Bootleg Series of Time Out Of Mind with as many outtakes as possible and collecting up some live stuff from an earlier Bootleg Series at an appropriate price pointNormal punter: ”too rich for my blood” SHiTE: ”RIP OFF!!! Can insiders share any good news about Blue? The hints and revelations in the past hour have made me go from "instant pre-order" to "I'll stream it." Please correct my reading of the hints if I'm wrong: 1. No Free as a Bird, no Real Love. 2. Giles mixes from 1+ and afterward will be re-purposed for Blue, even in cases of Pepper and MMT tracks with lots of bounced layers that MAL could separate for fresh new mixes. 3. Now and Then is not the last track. Meaning it's either slotted somewhere non-chronologically, or it's alone on its own disc as an included 1-track single. Did I miss anything? Would love good news on any front concerning Blue. (Red with new remixes sounds exciting). |
