It’s funny how all these stars “have lunch” with Steve. Once.
If think about anyone you’ve ever had lunch with it was either a friend, family or for business, but these aren’t music biz people. So how is Steve managing to make one-night stands into star-fucker lunches??
Because it’s all LIES!!!!

He really needs to pick some better stars to fuck. STEVe has fucked all the stars. Just bring a random one up to him. He'll have a story.

Six degrees of Kevin Bacon? Try One degree of Steve Hoffman - you’ve had lunch with him.

Oh, goody! A new addition to this thread! 🎉 Subject: Roni Stoneman Told by STeVE on: Feb. 22, 2024 Status of subject on this date: deadRoni Stoneman banjo player extradineer with a comic flair has passed away at aged 85. She was a long time cast member of Hee Haw who could hold her own in duets with Roy Clark. She was a member of the Stoneman Family band who excelled in bluegrass and also released music with her sister. I have a couple of the Stoneman cds. She was an excellent musician. RIP Had lunch with her once in 1975. Very talented. Rest in peace.

Can we put in perspective where Steev was in his illustrious career in 1975? Dying to know how and why he’d be having lunch with her.

He was clearly an aspiring banjo tech.

Some more excitement from Lunchlady Land: Subject: Ray Stevens Told by STeVE on: June 5, 2023 Status of subject on this date: aliveI had lunch with Ray Stevens in 1986 in Nashville. It was at that mobile home that served as a lunch counter. So many country stars ate in there because it was so cheap. We had a melted cheese sandwich, RC Cola and "Chess Pie" for desert. Came to $1.75. I had no idea what Chess Pie was and when I tasted it I gagged. Ray explained it was poor people desert, basically butter with sugar in a pie crust. Gross! Anyway, he was very nice. Oh, boy! How did we miss STeVE’s 2022 retelling of his lunch with Brian Wilson? (See this thread’s OP for his earlier accounts.) As usual, this Hoffmanecdote TM is ripe with details changed/altered from past tellings. Subject: Brian Wilson Told by STeVE on: June 29, 2022 Status of subject on this date: alive (again, kinda)Yes. Once Brian was eating by himself at Jerry's Deli in Sherman Oaks, no one had a clue who he was. I spotted him as I walked in, waved and he invited me over thinking I don't know what, like he expected me or something. So I sat down with him, told him it was good to see him again but I'm sure he didn't remember. Nonetheless, we ate together, mostly in silence, but comfortable. Had omelettes. I couldn't believe my good luck.Stiffed my lunch companion who never figured out what happened to me, heh.. I asked Brian my usual "star spot" question when I run into a celeb: "So, what are you working on?" He chatted a bit and I could then relax.. At any rate, that was my impromptu lunch with my musical hero..

The “facts” are so fucking ridiculous. I barely remember what I had for lunch. This asshole remembers having an RC Cola decades ago.
