Chris Thomas King protests Grammy committee decision that he's not a "bluesman"Musician and actor Chris Thomas King, whose most famous film role was to portray legendary Mississippi bluesman Tommy Johnson in "Oh Brother, Where Art Thou", has issued an open letter protesting the decision by a Grammy blues category selection committee, which has declared he is not a bluesman. Further, he says he's been told that his most recent album "Hotel Voodoo" is not a blues album and doesn't qualify for consideration for a Grammy nomination for Best blues album.
