Early on, I was convinced the guy was a troll. I once saw him in a thread where he was presented with cold facts, yet he purposely ignored this information and doubled-down on his fantasy bullshit.
From that point on, I're never considered anything he has written to be sincere or on the level – just some new way to stir things up.
Whatever the case may be, I just ignore him. Life is too short to waste time dealing with someone who purposely writes stuff designed to get others up in arms.

Honeybunch about the Monkeys and the merits of their 80's comeback. Bizarre in itself  , but anyway, he pressed the Report button and the Gorf's came to his rescue. These weirdo guys like Honeybunch are dangerous. A Gort never scrapes through the thread to see who is being stupid and who is not. The guy who presses the button is always the one who comes off better in those situations. I have not been back there in about a year, but I would reckon nothing has changed.

"Honeybunches of Poats" is trolling Monkee fans again: Not the fans who buy Monkees records. There's only a limited appeal for the likes of Missing Links and bonus material for fifty year old albums. Whereas, the original album was popular because people like to laugh, everyone has met a Grizelda, "When Love Comes Knockin'" has a great melody, and Davy Jones could make reading the phone book sound like butter. What's amazing is that people actually think this guy is on the level. |
