Possibly a man running the site masquerading as a woman

I accidentally stumbled upon the IMWAN website about 10 years ago when The Seeds CD reissues were starting to come out from Big Beat records. I didn't like the IMWAN site right off the bat. The admin seemed haughty and whether it is a actually a woman who is behind this is in question from what I have read here on the forum. Someone in this thread or another IMWAN thread said it was possibly a man running the site masquerading as a woman. Is this true? If so, that makes it even more scuzzy and off-putting just thinking about this site let alone the advertising links giving the person behind the curtain a percentage of Amazon's profits on the backs of hard working people buying music is kind of disgusting and I don't care for Amazon either. What is the truth about this IMWAN site? Am I right or wrong on this? If I'm wrong, I apologize but I smell a rat here.
