Odd, if one my friend’s passed and his wife sent me a message about it I wouldn’t expect it to be signed “Mrs. Smith,” but instead by “Melanie” or “Tina” or whatever her first STEVE's only non-imaginary friends are his new old stock vintage tubes

Sharing private correspondence from a grieving widow online? What a classy move. Only if you believe the message actually exists.

STEVE walks into his homeroom in high school (which could be anywhere from 1941 to 1982) and hands his teacher a note that says:
"STEVE will not be in class tomorrow. He will be touring CBS television city, babysitting the NBC union guys, chasing down the SLA and remixing live Beatles tapes prior to being called for by Sir George.
Signed, STEVE's mom"

I'm feeling about Tony Allen the way a lot of you felt about Neil Peart.

I'm feeling about Tony Allen the way a lot of you felt about Neil Peart. Goddammit. Won't claim to be a huge fan, but certainly enough to recognise what a huge talent he was.
