Was there was some gagging order, regarding this whiny bitch? The 'So let's just drop it and move on' is like the sweating, creepy teacher who gets caught with his pants down, and feebly attempts to warn the class.
Fuck this loser and his shitty Oingo Bongo remasters.

S***t D****s of R******n R*******s: Oh, so his complaint is with someone who is his point of contact at a label he's trying to licence Wall Of Voodoo material from. Can one of SC’s insiders contact the Universal licensing rep in question, show her this thread and have her contact S**** D***** of R********* R******* and tell him “Good news! All 40 requests have been approved! You have 5 days to pay.” and bankrupt the motherfucker?

I think it was more a case of that thread exists solely for the likes of Ben Adams, Curveboy, Post-Punk Monk, SamWiseFan, etc. to blow smoke up his ass, and the fact that outsiders weighed in saying his comments were gross and were now causing them to not want to support him that he got his first taste of reality. It’s never occurred to him that dedicating someone’s album, that he literally had nothing to do with the creation of, to the memory of someone who literally had nothing to do of the album is not something someone should be doing. Or naming people at record labels and saying how bad they are at their jobs, ‘why their boss even said so to me in a private phone conversation’ is not good form. Or publicly slagging off the people who made the albums you’ve released when they wonder who you are. Or putting down labels who actually do good reissue work, far more than some dinky label run by a guy in his living room in Ohio (yeah, I’m sure Domino is kicking themselves over all the money their losing by not letting this dumb fuck put out a Danielle Dax CD; I hope that My Bloody Valentine catalogue reissue money helps them get over it). It’s just a thread of people thinking he’s a straight shooter telling it like it is. Publish the PDF as a book on Amazon so that it shows up as a recommendation when people search R******* R****** CDs.

If the record label thing doesn't work out, he'd make a good republican politician.

I thought of this dickhead the other month when his beloved Berlin performed at a Trump fundraiser where masks weren’t worn (Lago Mayo or some shit). Funnily enough their desperate for a comeback singer also issued a shitty apology and deleted her tweets in case it ruins her chances of getting invited on D Listers Dancing on Ice or whatever the fuck celeb bullshit she’s hoping will be her ticket back. I think Rubella and her were made for each other.

Fuck this loser and his shitty Oingo Bongo remasters. He joined here, poated in his own thread, and got his ass handed to him. Hewent crying to Proboards. We got a warning. So we don't mention him or his business by name. But your description is 100% accurate.

forums.stevehoffman.tv/threads/was-the-late-90s-post-punk-revival-the-last-great-rock-movement.1045510/page-7#post-25838530Can we go back to calling out SHiTe misogynists? Parachute Woman is an articulate, 30-something woman, three traits in very low supply at SH.tv. She’s also been gone since the beginning of January. She wrote this very good post about why the post-punk revival earlier this century was important: Parachute Woman (emphasis her’s) M3kcomp and Sear take this as an opportunity to mansplain why she’s wrong. M3kcomp Parachute Woman (her second last post) Parachute Woman (final post) M3kcomp Sear is a racist fucking baby who whines at the drop of a hat chimes in Sear is a fucking racist mathematician M3kcomp Sear is a racist, hypocritical, fucking baby Terrapin Station swoops in to make sure that you know SH.tv is a completely shitty place with this response to Parachute Woman

Not a shock that Parachute Woman vacated the premises. Intelligent female posters are not tolerated, they need more versions of Pickle (LOL).

I've made it known to Sear, what I think of him in no uncertain terms - over there. He tends to get defended by an army of sad sacks. Anyway, see if you can spot a recent reply to another of Sear's cringeworthy remarks.

Is there anything dumber than someone who claims that "hearing this song at age 13 changed my entire life"? How much life had you lived prior to that, what experiences did you have? Isn’t the lack of world experience the point though? Stuff like that happens because you’re at an age where you’re exposed to music or art or whatever that isn’t something your parents or teachers have shown you, or wouldn’t have an interest in, or would disapprove of. And because it’s the first time that happens, it tends to make a big impact and stick with you and seem life-changing. That’s why the SHiTEs in their 60s can’t understand why not everyone loves The Beatles or Skynyrd after their teenage Ed Sullivan or whatever revelation and it made them the music fans they are today. I won’t begrudge them that, but when Parachute Woman articulates the same feeling but for a different band in a different time, they automatically think she’s wrong (because Television and Modern Lovers blah fucking blah) and need to be mansplained why she’s wrong. Except Sear, they’re no excuse for that prick.
