The Petula Clark "I Know A Place" lyrics mysteryThis has bothered me for years. All the lyrics sites have this: All around there are girls and boys It's a swingin' place, a cellar full of noise It's got an atmosphere of it's own somehow You gotta come along right now 'cause I tell youI swear she is NOT singing the words in bold. It sounds to me more like "That must be Robert soul somehow", which of course makes no sense. Does anyone here know what she's actually singing in this line? Well I had 5 minutes spare so I played it on my iPhone and it’s sounds just like it’s written to me. I've never heard anything but the line as printed. Clearly she says, "I buried Paul." I assuredly hear: "It's got an atmosphere of cranberry sauce."

WARNING! CONTAINS WHITE PEOPLE "DANCING"!!!
FWIW, the line ol' clueless couldn't distinguish is exactly the same as written.
Also, watching the "Wonder Bread Dancers" gyrate to the music is actually quite amusing. They have absolutely no sense of rhythm at all.

It's nice that The Center For The Rhythmically Challenged was able to get an A-Lister to one of their events.
