The article is behind a paywall. If it’s worth a look, could you paste it here?

I used up my free articles, so I'll just have to paraphrase it.
Fat white dude is a conservative Christian (shocking, I know). He and his family spend a lot of money in Orlando going to Disney parks and going on Disney cruises. He goes to Disney to escape into a fantasy world, and the crew members being now able to show their "inclusion" tattoos and hairstyles gives him a big sad. He's afraid the next time he goes on some ride, he'll be thinking about politics rather than the fantasy.

He should take some of that Disney money and buy a new glass eye.

I myself have not much against Disney parks, but it's appropriate that there's one in Florida, because like Florida, it seems like Disney is where old white people go to die. How sad that their final escapist moments are plagued with relentless woke-ness.
SHF is the Florida of the internet.

There’s no way the Orlando Sentinel editors didn’t know he would get such a reaction on social media and that he would be sent to slaughterhouse as a prime example of everything wrong with conservatism. The guy is angry about Song of the South references being taken out of Splash Mountain. They didn’t accept this column for its debatable yet articulate views.

Maybe Mr. Sad Disney Fan would cheer up if they introduced a Disney World ride with some gallows or an electric chair or a guillotine.

Are there really people who still defend Ryan Adams? I’m actually shocked that someone responsible for such a huge swathe of boring music has listeners, let alone people who’ll defend him against what they seem to think is a witch-hunt and SJW cancel culture.
But I’m also not shocked that those people post on Hoofy’s forum.

Was watching Surviving R Kelly series at the weekend, and it's shocking how enabling his whole circle wwere, and also how the industry turned a blind eye - pretty much until after the series was made. People were in sheer denial for years. I would challenge anyone who yells 'cancel culture' as a derogatory soundbite to watch that and still yell it.
Of course, many of his fans were also in denial.

If you are referring to the poat about being betrayed by Adams and Morrissey, at least with Ryan Adams he played the role of sensitive nice guy singer-songwriter until we found out that was bullshit. Morrissey has always been an insufferable prick, although he admittedly gets worse by the year.

It’s partly that, but also just this blind denial that he’s done anything wrong, and updating threads about his upcoming release schedule. I don’t get how they can pretend everything is cool when this guy’s career is pretty much over.

I think both U.S. Splash Mountains are pretty fucking great and also pretty harmless. Why not give the not-so-well-received movie "The Princess and the Frog" (which I personally think is amazing and one of Disney's best traditionally animated features) its own new attraction?
Since the IP was set in Louisiana, which isn't exactly famous for its mountains, why ruin this classic ride to shoe-horn in Princess... uh, what was her name again? and her cartoon buddies... you know, that white chick, and that mystery race prince, and a dead bug... wasn't there an alligator too? Maybe they should throw in Fake-Black-Jake from State Farm for good measure.
At least the Million Moms will get the vapors when they realize the Voodoo anti-Christian themes. Heh.
