It's Dilly. Similar levels of incoherence though. Still yakking on about youtube. Save it for the fire pit party, you tedious oaf.

Everything I've heard about the 2007-2012 tours had DLR and VHers in separate orbits that only crossed paths 2 hours every other day. VHers instrumental only sound checks(some paid VIP fan access) plus DLR dressing room as far apart from the others as possible and DLR on his own bus. They seemed a bit chummier since 2015. Though I remember EVH admitting in an interview he didn't know in what city DLR currently lived. I think DLR + final show + LA Forum + Mike/Alex + guests + strong openers like Steel Panther/Wolfgang can fill the place. Sometimes Vegas residencies have radius clauses, but it's only 5 shows. Reminds me of Creedence Revisited a few years ago saying the previously scheduled handful of Casino shows are it, were retired. She would never toto those places, whereas Jagger is far more plausible. Jagger is having fun and being very passive aggressive mockery about the whole idea of stage banter. Much better than weather, recent local big sports game, "you're the best crowd so far", "Charlotte knows how to rock" or even worse getting into some half baked political view point. He did an ACDC song with Foo Fighters that aired on TV about 5-6 months ago. At best I'd call it "rusty". Rod Stewart is holding up surprisingly well, even if he does lots of musical cheese. Sir Cliff in a similar boat. Herbie Hancock/Roy Haynes say hi. Couple more Jazz guys could be added but some are quasi retired like Sonny Rollins.

That's an insult to people speaking in iron lungs.

This guy must be a burnout: Expecting Bob, Van, and Joni to just shut up and play the hits is laughable. They’re three of the biggest trolls in music. All three seem to get real joy in leaving their audiences scratching their heads. Or in Van’s case, leaving his audience with Covid…

Setlist for a Dylan show I saw in 2001:
Pretty much a selection of stuff from the then-new album and "signature songs." Some songs were rearranged from the classic versions but you could figure it out by the first line. It was actually a good show. Maybe things have changed (har har) in the 20 years since but I've always found the tales of people freaking out that he didn't play "Blonde on Blonde" in full or not recognizing the oldies a little overheated.

In more recent years, Dylan’s setlists looked like this:
Things Have Changed She Belongs to Me Beyond Here Lies Nothin’ The Night We Called it a Day Pay in Blood Melancholy Mood Duquesne Whistle That Old Feeling Tangled Up In Blue High Water (For Charley Patton) Why Try to Change Me Now Early Roman Kings I Could Have Told You Spirit on the Water Scarlet Town All Or Nothing At All Long and Wasted Years Autumn Leaves Blowin’ in the Wind Love Sick

Two sixties song, one seventies song, the rest from the 90s onward or old standards. But even that is old hat now. Last show I saw featured 8 songs from the 60s and 70s and 10 songs from Time Out Of Mind to the Tempest. Oh, and Lenny Bruce from 81. He basically replaced the old standards with his older material. And at this point, they are just as much a part of the great American songbook anyway.
